Faculty/Staff Advisor Information

All recognized student organizations are required to have an advisor who is a full-time faculty or staff member at Morehouse College. The advisor agrees to assist the organization, to provide a developmental experience for its individual members, ensures that the RSO adheres to all college policy and procedure, manage RSOs group page in the Servant Leaders community engagement app, including membership roster, event/program creation, and process impacts (event attendance), and attend on-campus programs and activities. An advisor is a consultant to an organization and assists in the growth and development of the group by providing direction through advice, understanding, and clarification.

All registered student organizations must have a primary and secondary advisor and cannot be an advisor for any more of three RSOs.

For AUC Collaborative Organization, you will need to complete the RSO process at both Clark Atlanta University and Spelman College.
