I understand the program dates are JUNE 1, 2021 - JULY 2, 2021 (JULY 9, 2021 for Cultural Trip - Tentative Covid 19 Status)

I have no other obligations that will interfere with my full participation in the program. By signing this contract, I know that I am a confirmed participant in the program with an approved an accepted application. If an emergency develops, I will contact my program manager immediately. I understand that participation is dependent upon my behavior and that I can be dismissed. Transportation must be taken care of by my parent/guardian if I am dismissed. Upon completion of the program, I agree to submit copies of my transcripts, acceptance letters to colleges, and agree to participate in alumni follow-up.
